No Refunds

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of products on this website are final and not eligible for refunds/returns/exchanges. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have read all associated details and asked questions, if there are any, prior to purchase.

All shop items are instant digital downloads and no physical product will be shipped to you. Please ensure that the email used to make the purchase is accurate and can receive mail. We are not responsible for any digital downloads that are not sent due to incorrect email addresses.

Digital download links are available on your order confirmation page, and delivered via email. You can also access your digital files through your account on the Matcha & Memo website.
